Once complete, the airport will host flights to more than 300 destinations with an annual capacity of 200 million passengers.<\/p><p>Covering an area of 76.5 million square meters, the new Airport serves as a global hub between Asia, Africa, and Europe.<\/p><p>The airport is located on the European shore of Istanbul at a distance of 35 km to the city center.
