Corresponding authors must provide their complete mailing address, phone number, and email address. Author and co-author information must be provided, including all authors' first and last names, their department, institution/hospital.

The same presenting author can be allocated to up to two proposals.

EVALUATION

Abstracts must contain original scientific data collected by the author(s). They will be evaluated on a rolling basis. The scientific committee will peer review all complete proposals based on scientific research ethics, quality of work, and originality. Acceptance of the proposals will be made according to:

Only complete submissions will be reviewed. Ensure you click the submit button after uploading your abstract. To maintain the integrity of the review process, revisions to abstracts will not be accepted after the submission deadline.

The study should be unpublished and submitted once, not as multiple abstracts or to multiple program types (e.g., Scientific Oral Presentations and Scientific Posters). If your proposal is not accepted as an Oral Presentation, it will be reviewed and may be considered a Poster Presentation unless stated otherwise. Small case series or case presentations will not be accepted as oral presentations.

Upon acceptance, the presenting author must register before the deadline (31 May 2025); otherwise, the presentation will be removed from the program.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

All meeting presenters must submit the Standard Non-Exclusive Agreement for Meeting Presenters (permission to record). This legal document records our mutual agreement and understanding regarding the use of your presentation. By agreeing, you allow IFOS Istanbul to share your presentation and materials with our members and other interested individuals. "Non-exclusive" means you retain the right to use your materials.

TYPES & STRUCTURE

Video Presentation (7 min)  : Short demonstration videos of key surgical procedures
Keynote Lecture (30 min)     : Presentations are led by experts on current diagnostic or therapeutic approaches and practice management topics. They include up to two speakers, with the lead presenter counting as one.
Round Table (One hour): A type of meeting or discussion format where participants gather to discuss a controversial or multifaceted topic in a collaborative and interactive manner.
International Symposia (One hour): Scientific societies and all other ENT related organization are welcome to submit proposals for symposia at IFOS 2026.
Instructional Course (30 min): Advanced knowledge in a particular area of expertise.
Panel Presentation (7min): Proposal for joining a panel

VIDEO PRESENTATIONS

A title and a short video description must be submitted, at most 100 words with the video.
All submissions will be reviewed initially for video quality and sound clarity. Submissions with poor video and sound clarity will be excluded from consideration regardless of the quality of their content. Submissions funded by commercial companies must be identified in a disclaimer at the presentation's start. In addition, the presentation's opening must begin with the exact title and include the authors’ names.
The absolute minimum specifications that must be met are:
Video 720×480 pixels, 30 frames per second (29.97 fps based on drop frames) Acceptable file type: MPEG-2, MP4, QuickTime H-264, Windows Media Files Length: 7 minutes

KEYNOTE LECTURES

Presentations are delivered by experts on current diagnostic, therapeutic approaches, and practice management topics. Each presentation may feature up to two speakers, with the lead presenter counted as one.
Presenter Information: Please provide a list of presenters for this submission, including each presenter’s full professional name as they wish to be published, including middle initials and credentials. Also, provide e-mails and phone numbers

Submission Requirements:

• Title: Limit to 15 words.
• The abstract should include (up to 200 words, not including references)
1 - Description: A concise summary should describe the focus and importance of your proposed session.
2 - Outcome Objectives: Clearly state what attendees should be able to practice or achieve after the session. Objectives should be action-oriented, beginning with verbs such as analyze, compare, demonstrate, examine, explain, implement, interpret, or recognize. These objectives may be published online to help attendees select sessions and should differ from the session description and goals.
3 - Structure of the session
4 - Background: Provide a list of at least five key references demonstrating the presenter’s expertise on the topic.
