Arrival: A transfer guide holding an “IFOS 2026 Istanbul” name board will meet you at the airport terminal upon your arrival and escort you to the transfer vehicle.
Departure: Serenas Group, the official secretariat of the IFOS 2026 Istanbul Meeting, will inform you of your transfer time prior to your departure date. Transfers are typically scheduled for three hours before your flight. On your departure day, the transfer team will meet you in the hotel lobby or at your designated pick-up location.

PLEASE NOTE
• We kindly ask you to be ready at the ICC Congress Center (IFOS 2026 Congress Venue) at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
• Some tours include visits to mosques. During these visits, guests are required to wear attire covering the shoulders and knees (for both men and women). Guests without appropriate clothing can purchase single-use garments at the site.
• On Friday mornings, mosques can only be visited from outside until 1:00 PM due to the noon prayer.
• The Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays.
• Topkapı Palace is closed on every Tuesdays, and replaces with Basilica Cistern
• These tours are not recommended for individuals with walking difficulties

Confirmation, Cancellations and Refunds for Registration, Accommodation and Transfer
- Please note that registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed online registration form and the full payment.
- Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
- All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@ifosistanbul2026.org
- For cancellations received by March 15, 2026, a full refund will be issued. Please note that a handling fee may apply for processing the refund.
- For cancellations received between March 16, 2026, and May 31, 2026, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
- For cancellations received after May 31, 2026, no refund will be issued.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Name changes will be accepted up to 72 hours before the start of the Congress.
- Cancellations made after these deadlines will not be eligible for any refund.
- Any refunds will be processed after the Congress.
- Handling Fee: 50 € per person (VAT included) for each cancellation.
Method of Payment
Credit Card: Payments shall be made in Euro (€). No other currencies shall be accepted.
Payments can be made with credit cards (master card or visa or AMEX) or through bank transfer.
Diners credit cards are not accepted for online and on-site registration.
